Nobuyoshi Araki "The First" Exhibition to Launch at Art Basel Hong Kong 2019

Following his exhibition at the Singapore International Photography Festival, legendary Japanese photographer Nobuyoshi Araki will soon present original works for a show at Art Basel Hong Kong 2019. Curated by premier art platform APPortfolio, the exhibition entitled “The First” will feature a selection of archival works including polaroids, studio portraits, and more of Araki’s signature erotic photography.

To celebrate the installment, APPortfolio took to Instagram to tease an upcoming collaborative sculpture release. Further details surrounding the exhibition and edition launch are still pending, but stay tuned for updates. Art Basel Hong Kong 2019 will launch from March 29-31.
