Dave Persue Brings a "Liminal Space" to GR Gallery NYC

Alongside a large-scale mural and limited merchandise.

New York City’s GR Gallery will soon launch a solo exhibition displaying new original artworks by visual artist Dave Persue. Perching on the border between fine art and graffiti, Persue’s latest body of work consists of bold-colored abstract paintings alongside works portraying his signature Bunny Kitty character. The artist will also unveil his signature series of Wet Paint labels (framed) embellished with stylized tags and vivid cartoons observed across his extensive oeuvre. “This exhibition aims to explore exactly the changes that occurred during the years in the artist style and iconography that lead to continuous evolution,” said the gallery in a statement.

Persue will also debut a large-scale mural at the space alongside limited edition merchandise. Before doors open on February 6, take a look at the slideshow to tour the exhibition. Head over to GR Gallery’s website to learn more.
