After unveiling an ice take on the Takashi Murakami‘s HYPEBEAST Magazine Issue 25: The Mania Issue cover, art collective E806T has now crafted a frozen sculpture for the HYPEBEAST Magazine Issue 27: The Kinship Issue. 

Celebrating the collision of Futura and Jun Takahashi’s UNDERCOVER, the ice iteration highlights the cover design of the magazine which is centered around the “U” logo and FL-001 Pointman synonymous with the designer and artist. Accenting the artwork is text done in Futura’s signature hand style. The Kinship Issue features a long conversation with Futura as he reflects on an illustrious career and a discussion with Jun on working with Valentino and on what makes ugly, beautiful.
