Daniel Arsham Readies Limited Edition 'Sand Circle'

Daniel Arsham prepares to launch another limited edition sculpture, dubbed the “Sand Circle.” Filled with small shards of quartz, the sculpture features two suspended planets for the sandlike mineral to flow against. Unique patterns result each time the creation is flipped, as the different weights yield varying streams in the suspending liquid. As the packaging denotes, the sculpture comes with an instruction booklet and a pair of Arsham Studio handling gloves.
The limited Sand Circle drops in an edition of 500 via Daniel Arsham’s website on January 14.
