Felipe Pantone Crafts Speedy Glitch Art for New Brussels Exhibit

Entitled “Excès de Vitesse.”

Felipe Pantone continues to break artistic conventions, especially in his new “Excès de Vitesse” (“Speeding” in French) exhibition at ALICE Gallery in Brussels, Belgium. The acclaimed Spanish artist created a new series of striking artworks that draw inspiration from computer glitches, kinetic art, graffiti, as well as 3D modeling. Paintings filled with strong colors, sharp edges, and bold shapes are observed throughout the selection alongside small kinetic sculptures that depends on the viewers’ natural motion to unleash a mind-boggling effect.

Check out the photos above and then head over to ALICE Gallery’s official website to learn more. “Excès de Vitesse” is currently open to the public until June 30th. For more art, take a look at Philipp Frank’s mesmerizing light installation inside a historic church in Munich, Germany.
