The Campana Brothers 'Banquete KAWS' Chair Is Now at MFA Houston
Entirely covered in ‘BFF’ plushes.

Last November, Architectural Digest offered viewers an exclusive look inside KAWS’ Brooklyn, New York home that is filled with artworks by Tomoo Gokita, George Condo, as well as a sculpture created by his wife and fine artist in her own right, Julia Chang. One of the more standout pieces in the home is a BFF chair made in collaboration with the Campana Brothers. Entitled Banquete KAWS, the chair now has a permanent home inside the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. It’s unclear whether or not the duo created another version for the museum. Regardless, fans can get a firsthand look at the plush-covered design object when they visit the institution that has more than 300,000 square feet of space dedicated to displaying over 65,000 works of art.
