A Look Inside Willy Vanderperre's First Ever Solo Show in Europe
Almost 30 years of work from Raf Simons’ go-to photographer.
Belgian photographer Willy Vanderperre is arguably best known for his long running and successful creative relationship with Raf Simons. The partnership has spanned most of Vanderperre’s career and seen the photographer shoot high-profile campaigns for both Simons’ namesake brand and Calvin Klein. An exhibition dedicated to the photographer — titled prints, film, posters and more – recently opened in London, and looks back at almost 30 years of iconic work from Vanderperre.
Some of the highlights of the exhibition include Vanderperre’s portrait work — with shots of famous faces such as Kate Moss and Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner — as well as some of the photographer’s editorial work for a range of publications.
