Vhils & RETNA Collaborate on L.A.-Based Mural
Mixing the two artists’ signature styles.
After taking part in a group exhibition in Singapore — which also featured work by Banksy, Shepard Fairey and JR amongst others — Vhils has revealed his latest artistic collaboration. The new project sees the Portuguese street artist combine with RETNA to create a new mural artwork in L.A.
The new project combines the two artists’ signature styles, with one of Vhils’ trademark chiseled portraits sitting surrounded by RETNA’s calligraphic graffiti style. Watch a short clip of the mural coming together below, and you can check it out if you’re in the Echo Park district of L.A.
