Emily Fromm Debuts New Cityscape Paintings For "NO VACANCY" Exhibition

A total of 50 pieces to be on display at the San Francisco showcase.

Artist Emily Fromm is known for her painterly captures of vivid signs, streets, buildings, and California locals. Wholly-inspired by the craftsmanship of traditional American signage, the artist will soon debut new paintings for her second solo exhibition at San Francisco’s Minna Gallery entitled “NO VACANCY.” The forthcoming presentation will feature a total of 50 works. Highlights include 15 large-scale cityscape paintings, five conceptual design paintings for a public installation commissioned for the SF International Airport by the SF Arts Commission, and scrap wood pieces dubbed Barry.

Preview select works above and then head over to Emily Fromm’s website to view more projects. “NO VACANCY” will launch on January 11, 2019, at Minna Gallery.
