A Look Inside Calvin Klein's “Andy Warhol: Shadows” Exhibition

Opening soon in New York City.

This past July, Calvin Klein announced that it will be hosting an exhibition at its NYC headquarters that showcases Andy Warhol’s famous Shadows (1978-1979) series of paintings. The label expressed that this will be “the first time nearly half of the 102 panels are displayed at once in two decades.” Collectively, the series features the late artist’s signature silkscreen paintings that were produced using dynamic blurs of dark and light colors such as yellow, violet, coral, and aqua. All panels displayed at the space went under a 9-month restoration process that took place at Dia:Beacon in New York.

We are now given an exclusive look inside the exhibition. Check out the photos above and let us know your thoughts. “Andy Warhol: Shadows” will be open to the public starting October 26 until December 15.
