SSENSE Releases a Documentary on J.W.Anderson's "Disobedient Bodies"

Anderson explores “the human form in art, fashion and design.”

Back in March, J.W.Anderson took to The Hepworth Wakefield in the U.K. to open a brand new exhibition. Dubbed “Disobedient Bodies,” the gorgeous display sees Anderson “exploring the human form in art, fashion and design,” showcasing a personal selection of sculptures alongside a variety of notable fashion pieces in order to investigate “the way the human form has been reconceived by artists and designers across the 20th and 21st centuries.” Now, we’re treated to an in-depth and behind-the-scenes look at the exhibition as SSENSE has teamed up with Anderson to release a special “Disobedient Bodies” documentary.

If you’re in the area, be sure to take a look at “Disobedient Bodies” for yourself — the exhibition is still on display and will remain available for viewing through June 18.
