Revered artist Anish Kapoor has recently taken his famed spinning water installation titled ‘Descension’ to New York. Presented by Public Art Fund to help celebrate its 40th anniversary season, the impressive exhibition has made its rounds traveling from India to Italy and later France before making its way to Pier 1 in Brooklyn. Measuring in at 26 feet in diameter, free-flowing water converges in a central vortex furiously funneling down into the earth as bystanders stare on in amazement.
