Daniel Arsham's 'Future Relic 07' Is Available Now

Arsham imagines a cassette player recovered in 2079.

For past installments of his signature Future Relic releases, Daniel Arsham has imagined everything from a Polaroid camera and early cell phone to a cassette tape and alarm clock. For the seventh iteration of the gorgeously decaying series, Arsham is taking on another iconic design: Sony’s Walkman. Imagining the Walkman II, to be exact, the new drop not only includes the tape player, but sees it with a set of headphones, too — of which are imagined with a hypothetical excavation date of 2079.

Limited to just 500 pieces, Future Relic 07 is available while supplies last over at Arsham’s website.
