Blondey McCoy & Avant Arte Reveal Plans for 'Beautiful, Chemical, Imbalance' Limited Editions

“The reason why I make art is because it gets things off my chest.”

Fresh off a three-part mural series for Burberry, talented artist Blondey McCoy is linking up with Avant Arte to present 125 limited editions of Beautiful, Chemical, Imbalance. Set to debut on December 8, the 125 exclusive pieces of Beautiful, Chemical, Imbalance will launch at a pop-up event in Soho, London.

A true jack of all trades, Blondey McCoy has gained worldwide recognition for his forward-thinking, nomadic approach to creating, which blends together various dominant forms of contemporary art and media. “The reason why I make art is because it gets things off my chest,” McCoy shares during a newly-released Avant Arte promo-visual. “It’s a way of me self-reflecting. Art for me is sort of a way… of expressing things that would otherwise be really personal.”

You can take a look at the promotional vignette for Blondey McCoy and Avant Arte’s forthcoming collaboration above, and head on over to the latter’s official website for more. At the beginning of last month, McCoy starred in Palace’s Panasonic.
