Paris Photo 2017 Is a Showcase of the World's Most Renowned Photographers

From Cindy Sherman and Helmut Newton to Harley Weir and Nobuyoshi Araki.

Over 180 galleries and art book dealers from across the world have come together at the 21st Paris Photo exhibition being held in the city’s historic Grand Palais. Art and photography lovers will be able to find everything from documentary photography to abstract images and stylised shoots from some of the world’s most renowned photographers such as Cindy Sherman and Helmut Newton to Harley Weir and Nobuyoshi Araki.

This year’s guest of honor goes to the eccentric creative director of Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld. Lagerfeld has hand-picked and curated some of his favorite pieces by placing a signed sticker beside each; Patti Smith has also been honored as a guest curator.

Paris Photo 2017 runs until Sunday, November 12. For more information, head over to Paris Photo 2017’s website. In case you’ve missed it, photographer Cindy Sherman teamed up with Supreme on its Artist Series skate decks.
