The KAWS 'At This Time' Bronze Companion Sculpture Is up for Auction

#2 out of 5 artist’s proof.

KAWS has teamed up with Paddle8 to auction off his At This Time bronze, painted sculpture. Standing at 11.5 inches tall, the artwork features the Brooklyn-based artist’s iconic Companion figure with its hands over its eyes. More importantly, the piece is a donation to support The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The art dealer has estimated a sale price of approximately $55,000 USD. However, there are already nine bids on the website with the current bid at $51,000 USD. This figure is #2 out of 5 artist’s proof from an edition total of 25.

KAWS joins other renowned contemporary artists such as Shepard Fairey and Christopher Makos who have also donated pieces to the museum to help raise funds for exhibitions as well as educational programming. Head over to Paddle8 to place your bid and visit The Andy Warhol Museum’s official website to learn more about its art events.
