For KALEIDOSCOPE‘s 27th issue the magazine reached out to Los Angeles-based multi-disciplinary artist Sterling Ruby to serve as a guest editor. The “STERLING RUBY TAKEOVER” issue is a combination of the artist’s exuberant work, vision and the magazine’s architecture, content and design. KALEIDOSCOPE also released a limited edition version of the issue with an alternative signed black and white cover, large format poster, xerox printed zine, logo stickers, and a custom-made yellow bandana. The 160 plus page limited edition “STERLING RUBY TAKEOVER” KALEIDOSCOPE issue is available at Slam Jam Socialism now for $121 USD.
