Giovanni Reda Photo Exhibit Highlights NYC Skateboarding Scene in the '90s

A new photo exhibition located inside Diamond Supply Co.’s Soho store showcases the works of renowned photographer Giovanni Reda as he captured the essence of the ’90s skateboarding scene in New York. Simply titled “Diamond x Reda Photo Show,” 30 colorful prints consisting of skateboarding legends like Harold Hunter, Danny Supa and Keith Hufnagel are all documented in historical locales throughout the city. Reda tells The Creators Project, “In the mid-90s, the NYC skate scene had a huge impact on the world of skateboarding. Every one of these images has a story of why it’s important.
