Tyler, The Creator and Kali Uchis Make a Surprise Appearance at Illegal Civilization's Second Ever Art Show

Few art shows with this level of energy.

A truly multidisciplinary collective, Illegal Civilization is a group of skater friends of Tyler, the Creator who have been a driving force in the underground creative scene of LA. The group makes whatever they feel like whether it’s clothes, skate videos, radio shows or art. This past weekend, the group held their second ever successful art show. Featured were the works of Philip Post, Mikey Alfred, Post God, and Richard Massie as well as special guests Ryder Mclaughlin, Johnny Cohen and Jason Gleeton. To add to the already live show, Tyler, the Creator and Kali Uchis had showed up for a surprise musical performance.

An important event in the scene as 900 people all under 30 attended the show throughout the day. According to the group, there were no arguments, no fights, and no alcohol – just positive vibes. With all around good people, good music, and a magician walking around, the show had an amazing energy. Check out the video above for some of the best moments from it.
