Carhartt WIP's '313ONELOVE' Is a Love Letter to Detroit's Electronic Music Scene
Intimate portraits of some of the Motor City’s most revered DJs.

Carhartt WIP has been showing its Michigan heritage some serious love as of late, and its latest project is no different: the Detroit-based streetwear brand partnered with Berlin-based photographer for 313ONELOVE, a collaborative photo book that serves as a love letter to the Midwestern city’s extensive and influential electronic music scene. The book consists of over 170 portraits of Detroit techno and house heavyweights like Amp Fiddler, Claude Young, Moodymann, Kenny Larkin and others, with a specific focus on the DJ’s most treasured tools: their hands and ears. The book also features landscape and event photography, culminating in a breath-taking collection of shots that encapsulates the city and the booming underground scene therein.
The book is available now in all Carhartt WIP locations and via the brand’s site.
