Legendary Japanese Photographer Nobuyoshi Araki Releases a New Visual Diary
Featuring 1,250 photographs of his everyday life.













After recently releasing a collaborative collection with Supreme, legendary Japanese photographer Nobuyoshi Araki teamed up with Fondation Cartier to release a visual diary of his everyday life. The renowned artist took 1,250 color photos for the project, titled Hi-Nikki (Non-Diary Diary), which invites viewers to enter the life of the cult photographer. The visual diary is filled with sensual still-life shots that document the mundane that make up the life of the artist. Commissioned to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Fondation Cartier Pour l’Art Contemporain, the 696-page visual diary is available now here.
