Helmut Lang, Willy Vanderperre & YEEZY Highlight '032c' Issue #31
There’s even a look inside our own Hong Kong HQ.

Having expanded to offer up its very own collection of coveted soft goods (like these socks), 032c is back with issue #31 of its celebrated fashion-centric publication. Released for Fall/Winter 2016, the 296-page tome boasts three separate cover stories. Amongst the trio is a 48-page dossier exploring the legacy of Helmut Lang, which includes essays by Ingeborg Harms and Ulf Poschardt; a roundtable with Tim Blanks, Olivier Saillard, and Neville Wakefield; a look at rare material from the Lang archive and even an interview with the Austrian himself. Joining the Lang pieces is a Calabasas-set YEEZY editorial helmed by Mert & Marcus that not only offers a glimpse of West’s long under-construction Axel Vervoordt-designed home, but features cameos from Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Amina Blue, Travis Scott and more. Finally, the third and final cover story sees Willy Vanderperre and Olivier Rizzo helming a “Don’t Dream It’s Over” editorial that stars Clara 3000.
Additional highlights include a look at Prada’s partnership with Rem Koolhaas and his OMA/AMO firm; a timely look at creativity within the digital revolution with Joachim Bessing, Wolfgang Ullrich and Lars Vollmer; a look inside Anne Imhof’s expansive Angst and “the ultimate study on Seinfeld-chic” with none other than Gosha Rubchinskiy. There’s even a look inside HYPEBEAST’s own Hong Kong headquarters.
