James Jean Celebrates the Year of the Monkey With New Print

Kicking off the Chinese New Year a little early.

James Jean just linked up with Beats By Dre to drop a set of collaborative headphones and now the Taiwanese-American artist is back with yet another nod to the upcoming Chinese New Year: a Year of the Monkey print. Dropping next week, the piece — a 21 ¼” tall × 16” wide image on a 24 ¼” tall × 18” wide sheet of archival 310 g/m² 100% cotton-rag paper — comes printed in archival pigment-based ink and will be signed and numbered by Jean himself.

Look for the limited edition print to be available for one hour only beginning at 8 a.m. PST on January 26 for $200 USD via Jean’s web store.
