Ugo Rondinone is interested in natural phenomena and its physical and aesthetic translations, which has imbued the Swiss artist’s body of work with series of ethereal and abstract pieces that take from the very world that we exist in. Comprising of both painting and sculpture, Rondinone’s latest exhibition takes place at London’s Sadie Coles HQ, and will be on show until October 21. Entitled Clouds + Mountains + Waterfalls, the show includes a variety of rock sculptures depicting juxtaposing the natural and artificial with bright colored pieces while cloud shape canvasses line the walls.
