Photographer Atiba Jefferson documents 20 years of skateboarding in Los Angeles in his latest exhibition entitled “My Los Angeles” at the Oakley In Residence pop-up space on Melrose Avenue. Consisting of a number of historic skate photos dating from the ’90s through most of the past decade, the latest exhibition by Atiba Jefferson captures the rebellious attitude and carefree culture of LA skateboarding as photos of Chad Muska, Paul Rodriguez Jr., and Kareem Campbell comprise the curated exhibition. An Oakley sunglasses pop-up installation complements the photography exhibition as a skate deck mural provides the finishing touch. The Atiba Jefferson “My Los Angeles” exhibition is on display at Oakley In Residence: Los Angeles until May 7.
