Famed outdoor clothing and gear brand Patagonia has got a new book chronicling a topic dear to founder Yvon Chouinard. Birds of Prey examines the unique relationship between man and bird, particularly the birds of prey that have helped — and in some instances continue to help — man hunt for food. It covers topics as diverse as the Kazakh eagle hunters in Western Mongolia, falconer Shawn Hayes in the Eastern Sierra region, and the release of Andean condors in Chile. The book is available now at Patagonia locations.
