Having recently tapped into the minds of visvim’s Hiroki Nakamura and UNDERCOVER’s Jun Takahashi, Vol. 10 of THE NEW ORDER will feature a cover story on acclaimed Los Angeles-based photographer Kenneth Cappello. Producing a unique collection of images for the biannual imprint, the Cappello exclusive series titled “Nothing Is Impossible” explores the relationship between humans and their pets by finding a common ground in familiar faces and habits. The series itself gets its name from the film used in shooting, IMPOSSIBLE film from The Impossible Project – operators of the world’s last remaining Polaroid film factory. This issue will also include features on TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloIst., Patrik Ervel, Roundel by London Underground, Parra, Hit Boy, Alexander Wang and Carhartt WIP to name a few. A selection of images from “Nothing is Impossible” will exhibit at colette in Paris from now until February 1, with an in-store signing taking place on January 18.
