Following from a collaboration with FAILE — a joint venture between Patrick McNeil and Patrick Miller — New York City Ballet has announced the next artist in line for its NYCB Art Series. JR will work alongside NYCB in a three-part performance which will pair the French street artist’s compelling aesthetics with ballet dancing. Above is a teaser to the performance, which features JR’s signature eye motif formed by a cohort of ballet dancers. The performance will take place on January 23, February 7 and 13. Tickets are now on sale via NYCB for $29 USD.
