Los Angeles-based author Souris Hong-Porretta is set to reveal her new book – “OUTSIDE THE LINES” – to the public. The book is a collection of drawings, illustrations and photos from over 100 of the world’s most talented artists. More importantly though, the book is essentially an adult’s coloring book, with each piece inside designed for unique customization by the reader. Work from notables such as Shepard Fairey, Tobin Yelland and Steven Harrington is all up for new design, allowing the reader to interact with art like never before. The launch of the book is set for September 21 at MOCA‘s Grand Avenue location — made possible through the generous support of adidas — where more than half of the artists themselves will be on-site for book signings.
