With the release of her third studio album, ARTPOP, pending just the final touches, Lady Gaga makes good on her promise to make the album not just about the music, but a full ‘experience.’ As such, Lady Gaga has tapped Tulips master artist Jeff Koons to create a sculpture in her likeness for the album cover. According to recent reports, Gaga has been studying under Koons in an effort to expand her artistic understanding, and the two have developed a friendship.
