This time taking his art to the Los Angeles streets, illustrious graffiti artist Banksy delivers a freshly stenciled piece following his last rendition right before the London Olympics. With his trademark tongue-in-cheek humor at its center, Banksy employs the surrounding  habitats in his work, by using one layer block to depict a young graffiti vandal throwing up flowers. Banksy took to his website to showcase the piece, with a caption “Better Out Than In” — possible cues in regards to a new project set to unveil in October 2013.
