Chinese artist Liu Bolin’s artistic angle has often seen the artist blend seamlessly into the general landscape around him whether it be pre-existing art walls or even the likes of supermarkets and gun racks (seen his full selection of past examples here). His latest endeavor captured by Alex Brown for the NY Times involves the streets of New York City as he takes on a part of Meres One’s “Jungle” wall at 5Pointz Aerosol Arts Center in Queens. Bolin is currently in town as part of his exhibition at Eli Klein Fine Art and this latest contribution to his “Hiding In The City” series has followed a similar urban path across the world.
