Originally limited to just 1,000 signed and numbered print copies, James Jean‘s “Parallel Lives” – meant to coincide with this January’s exhibition of the same name at New York City’s Tilton Gallery – now exists in digital form via a brand new ebook release from Pressure Printing. Capitalizing on the booming e-book market and offering Jean’s beautiful works in high-definition Retina-optimized glory, the original 58-page publication contains 47 plates reproducing every drawing, painting, and mixed media work from the celebrated show and has been supplemented with the addition of 179 process photographs. The colorful imagery is even portable within the iPad itself as the detailed pieces can be used for backgrounds for the likes of the home and lock screens. Just $7.99 USD, James Jean’s “Parallel Lives” catalog is now available to download via iTunes.
