Concentrating on the intersection of Japanese, Chinese, and English language and culture, RADIKAL Magazine continues to enhance street culture by taking a broad look at contemporary art, experimental music, and fashion. Periodical enthusiasts will be happy to hear that the free publication is soon to release its ninth edition, this time considering the work of illustrious Taiwanese-American artist James Jean.
