Focusing on the promotion of contemporary arts and culture, Sang Bleu Issue 6 furthers the overall direction of the publication by highlighting everything from tattoos and cultural studies to such realms as fetish and anthropology. One of the intentions of the publication’s Issue 6 is to continue to blur the often heavily drawn lines between the differing mediums and expressions of traditional “art,” effectively avoiding distinction between various types of art. In a way that few are able to accomplish, Sang Bleu Issue 6 is also inclusive of scientific research and hard data that afford the publication both an artistic and creative outlet while also accommodating a platform for societal influence and empowerment of the various forms of art. The magazine in total is 700 pages, making it the most expansive and comprehensive issue to date. Be sure to keep up with Sang Bleu via their website or Twitter account.
