In the spirit of all things itinerant, “Marvelous Expeditions” is currently underway at the Thinkspace Gallery. Spearheaded by Los Angeles-based Australian artist couple Dabs Myla, the exhibition also showcases the curated works of 32 of their favorite artist friends. Putting out new work and an installation piece in the playful, colorful fashion which we have come to expect of them, Dabs Myla expound their shared love of travel, food, graffiti, illustration and urbanity in this series. Their featured friends have also each produced a piece for the exhibition on 16” x 20” wood panels that contribute to the travel theme. The show runs until September 22.
