A more comprehensive insight into the Jeff Koons Exhibition at Foundation Beyeler has allowed us a more extensive viewing as part of a retrospective on the artist. Several typical Koons pieces were originally seen, and now shots of further collections including his earliest works have surfaced. Titled The New, Banality and Celebration, each led the way to later work from Koons in the late ’80s. A departure from the glossy spherical creations of his later work, the collections include a set of colorful character sculptures with people and animals as the focus.
