Beginning March 29, modern mixed-media artist and gun culture aficionado James Georgopoulos will be showing off his new “Second Amendment” exhibition at the Hepner Contemporary in West Hollywood, California. Despite the political undertones of the exhibition’s title —- named after the the second amendment in the United States Bill of Rights, which protects the right of its people to bear arms — it actually centers around popular culture’s fascination with firearms themselves. The exhibition features some of the most iconic and notorious guns of Hollywood cinema. The unique cultural introspection begins this Thursday and will run through March 5.
