Fool’s Gold presents new work from graphic design vanguard Grotesk as the latest edition to their Artist Series which opens this Friday, March 2 from 7-9 PM at their retail store in Brooklyn. Curated by FG art director Dust La Rock, the Artist Series showcases a diverse range of talent from the label’s extended family (everyone from tattoo innovators JK5 and Daniel Albrigo to street art legend HAZE) while giving these creators an outlet to explore new ideas and techniques. Grotesk’s exhibit may be the most ambitious Artist Series to date: a collection of brand-new, mixed media sculptures assembled by hand in Grotesk’s Brooklyn studio. All artwork will be available for purchase at the opening, along with an exclusive Fool’s Gold x Grotesk Artist Series tee and a custom Grotesk votive candle.
