Held at The Hole — located in New York’s SoHo area — on October 12, the final “Art of the Assassin” exhibition was an innovative display of “Assassin’s Creed III”-inspired art by some of the top contemporary artists working today. The traveling installation was hosted by Ubisoft and Rock the Vote, a fitting partnership in light of the popular video game’s American Revolution theme and Rock the Vote’s initiative to mobilize voting amongst the nation’s youth. Over 500 people came out to celebrate the event, which begun as an art opening and ended up a live hip hop show, with guests such as Prodigy from Mobb Deep and Crooked Eye from Slaughterhouse lending their talents. A number of influencers in fashion, art, tattoo, entertainment and music industries also joined in on the festivities. Most importantly, perhaps, forty-three people registered to vote that evening, a record-breaking number for the event developed and executed by SA Studios’ Global Entertainment Division. Click through for a closer look at the successful exhibition and be sure to look for the launch of “Assassin’s Creed III” on October 30.
