This past weekend the Moniker Art Fair returned to Village Underground in Shoreditch, London coinciding with the city’s foremost international art event, Frieze. Sponsored by Absolut Vodka, menswear label Boxfresh and G-Shock, this year’s event feature’s designated artist project spaces infused with unique commercial elements. The range of artists in attention included Niels “Shoe” Meulman and his street-inspired calligraphy, Mark McClure’s abstract sculptures to artist Penny’s Zen-like stencils.
