Vincent van de Waal is best known for his recent collaborative works with renowned sneaker shop and street fashion brand Patta. Recognized for the direct and uncut nature of his works, Vincent’s art has been the backing for plenty of Patta’s brand graphics. His works have been described as ”underground art,” with subjected pieces including everything from invitations, to posters to music packaging. His first solo exhibition will build on these trends with a limited time showing at Amsterdam’s Unruly Gallery, starting September 23, 2011.
