Artist Eric Elms recently just debuted his “WISH YOU WERE HERE” exhibition, which took place at the COMMON gallery in Tokyo. From Elms came a collection of work that was heavily (if not entirely) based in his combinations of pop culture logos with his “Kilroy” design. Among the logos tweaked were Louis Vuitton, Lego, The Rolling Stones and Playboy, each of which was playfully and enjoyably altered. In addition, on display was some of the collaborative T-shirts between Elms and Stussy and OriginalFake, as well as a backpack collab between the artist and JanSport.
