More often than not, photography derived from unconventional settings and angles creates an immediately memorable experience. Such is the work of German photographer Bernhard Lang who’s recently published book Aerial Views offers – as the name suggests – a bird’s eye view of many of earth’s most pedestrian activities. Yet taken from a vantage point few will ever have the opportunity to experience, suddenly each moment is spent deciphering a scene which seems as though it should immediately be identifiable. The book is available now via blurb.
