Currently on display at the 20 Hoxton Square Projects is “I AM YOUR SIMULACRUM”, a new exhibition featuring the pioneering work of Yi Zhou. Showed in her signature medium, 3-D animation technology, her work exists in multiple layers as real and unreal, ancient and present collide through a process of construction, deconstruction, recreation and transformation. Two of her latest films are shown as well, including “The Greatness” and “The Ear”, which follow Pharrell Williams in two different surreal concepts. “I AM YOUR SIMULACRUM” will remain open through September 11th, 2010.
